Tolu Afonja is a Certified Integrative Coach, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner (EICP) with over 20 years as a Human Resource Professional cutting across Education, Banking, Consulting and Coaching.

My Story

With the heart of a Nurturer and the strategy of a Powerhouse, I am a multifaceted Certified Integrative Coach, Speaker, HR Consultant and Transformational Leader specializing in creating transformative spaces for growth, nurturing leadership, and guiding individuals and teams to achieve their highest potential while maintaining emotional well-being through tailored training sessions, coaching, retreats and consulting. I achieve this by providing solutions as the lead Coach and Principal Consultant with Evolve 2 Thrive Limited, a Human Capacity-Building and Consulting firm.

Formerly with Kainos Edge Consulting Limited and AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria, I have proven leadership experience in developing and aligning human resources strategies with improving organisational performance.

A certified Life Coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programmimg (NLP), an Emotional Intelligence Certified Professional (EICP) amongst others, I help my clients to evolve and thrive as they gain clarity, overcome mindset limitations, discover their options, set and take intentional steps to optimize personal and team performance.

Passionate about the wholeness of women, I am the Convener of E-SPA Conversations, a lighthouse for the woman who desires to reconnect with herself as she commences on a journey of healing. A SYMBIS Facilitator, I also work with engaged and married couples, to improve the dynamics in their relationship and marriage, as they enjoy happiness and fulfilment.

A recipient of several awards, I hold membership of professional bodies such as the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) to mention a few.
