Tolu Afonja is a certified Life and Marriage Coach, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner (EICP) with over fifteen years as a Human Resource Professional cutting across Education, Banking, Consulting and Coaching. 

 
As a Life and Marriage Coach, she focuses on helping individuals, couples and organisations to transition from their current state to their desired state, to evolve to thrive as they become the best versions of themselves in achieving peak performance. This she achieves through providing solutions as the Lead Coach with Evolve 2 Thrive Limited; and as a Faculty Member and Chief Operating Officer of Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA).

She has facilitated several interventions through retreats, trainings and projects for organisations, some of which are AB Microfinance Bank; First Bank of Nigeria; Duffil Prima Foods, Wole Olanipekun & Co.; Kenna Partners; Glo Nigeria Limited; Total Nigeria Plc; Redstripe Integrated Services; In Good Company Nigeria; Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy; GLG Communications; to mention a few. These interventions covered areas such as Management Development Programs, Team Building and Bonding, Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, Communication Skills, Stress Management; Business Etiquette, Self Mastery, Use of Feedback as a Development Tool.

Tolu Afonja is also the founder of “Be4Marriage”, a Relationship Coaching Program created to help engaged couples evolve to thrive together, preparing them for marital bliss. A certified SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It starts) Facilitator, she also works with married couples who desire to improve the dynamics in their marriage, to enjoy happiness and fulfilment. 

She anchors “The Uncensored Talk”, a live radio show on Lagos Talks 91.3fm, focused on building strong and harmonious relationships and marriages.
 

In March 2019, Tolu was honoured with the Icon Award at the Coaching Icon Awards held in Lagos, Nigeria. 

She is a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD). Tolu is also an accredited Management Trainer with the Nigerian Centre for Management Development (NCMD).
